Refund & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.

Exception (Damaged Items Only):
An exchange will be provided only if the item is received in a damaged or broken condition, subject to the following conditions:

* A mandatory unboxing video must be recorded clearly showing the package being opened from the start, without cuts or edits.
* The damage must be visibly shown in the video.
* Claims without proper unboxing video proof will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to deny any request that does not meet these requirements.
